Delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 EAT are dispatched the same day within Nairobi. Outside Nairobi, we deliver via trusted couriers within 24 hours to all major towns.

Payment
Pay via M-Pesa STK push at checkout, or choose Pay on Delivery to inspect your hardware before settling. All transactions are receipted.

Returns
Unused product in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from purchase.
